Yes — we offer worldwide shipping in addition to local delivery within Iraq.

Will my candle look exactly like the photo?

Every piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, scent, and design are natural and part of the charm.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away via WhatsApp. Returns and replacements must be raised in the presence of the delivery person — issues reported after they've left can't be accepted.

Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements must be raised upon receiving your order, in the presence of the delivery person. Issues reported after the delivery person has left cannot be accepted.
