Damages & Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via WhatsApp if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements must be raised upon receiving your order, in the presence of the delivery person. Issues reported after the delivery person has left cannot be accepted.

يجب تقديم طلبات الإرجاع والاستبدال عند استلام الطلب وبحضور عامل التوصيل. لا يتم استبدال أو إرجاع المنتج بعد مغادرة عامل التوصيل.
